Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern all service agreements, equipment procurement contracts, and franchise LOI arrangements between LASERREIN GmbH (in formation) and its contractual partners. The terms apply to all inquiries received during the pre-formation phase; binding contracts are confirmed upon GmbH registration.

These terms apply to all services provided by LASERREIN GmbH — including on-site mobile laser cleaning deployments, equipment procurement under the DACH + Balkans program, and franchise partnership agreements. Deviations from these terms require written agreement.
Pre-formation framework
During the pre-formation phase (until October 2026 GmbH registration), LASERREIN accepts pre-bookings, equipment RFQs, and franchise LOIs under the following conditions: (1) all pre-formation commitments are non-binding until confirmed in writing upon registration; (2) pre-formation pricing is locked at the rate quoted at the time of LOI submission; (3) franchise LOIs reserve the candidate's territory for 90 days pending due diligence and training.
Service agreements
On-site laser cleaning deployments are quoted individually based on: travel distance from the Unterpremstätten technical center, mold/tool complexity, deployment duration (half-day, full-day, or maintenance contract), and required safety infrastructure. Half-day deployments include 50 km travel; full-day deployments include 100 km travel. Beyond that, €0.80/km (AT, SI) or €1.20/km (DE, HR) applies. Maintenance contract customers receive 24h priority hotline access and 150 km travel included per deployment.
Equipment procurement
Equipment procurement follows the tiered pricing structure documented on the Procurement & Partnerships page. Single-unit purchases are quoted at MSRP for reference; volume commitments of 5+ units/year unlock OEM-direct tier pricing; 12+ units/year unlock regional distributor tier pricing. Lead times are confirmed in writing at RFQ stage. Spare parts are stocked at the Unterpremstätten technical center with 24/72-hour dispatch for DACH + Balkans.
Franchise agreements
Franchise LOIs are accepted under the pre-formation terms documented on the Franchise page. Binding franchise agreements are signed upon GmbH registration (October 2026) and include: territorial exclusivity, technical protocol license, LSV training access, equipment procurement framework, and quarterly parameter audit. Franchise fees and royalties are documented in the binding agreement.
Payment terms
Service invoices are issued net 14 days from deployment completion. Equipment procurement invoices: 50% deposit at order confirmation, 50% prior to dispatch. Maintenance contract invoices: annual prepayment. Pre-formation pre-bookings require no deposit; payment is collected upon service delivery after GmbH registration. All prices are net of VAT; VAT is added at the statutory rate applicable at the time of invoicing.
Liability
LASERREIN liability for service deployments is limited to the contract value of the individual deployment. LASERREIN maintains commercial liability insurance covering personal injury and property damage up to €5 million per incident. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The customer is responsible for ensuring accessibility of the cleaning site, providing required power infrastructure, and designating a responsible person for QA approval on-site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Graz, Austria. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
