LASERREIN processes personal data on the basis of the following GDPR principles: lawfulness, fairness, and transparency; purpose limitation; data minimisation; accuracy; storage limitation; integrity and confidentiality; and accountability.

Data collected

This website uses only technically necessary cookies (session, security, language preference). No tracking cookies, no analytics, no advertising networks, no third-party scripts. When a contact form is submitted, the following data is processed: name, email address, company name, subject, and message body. This data is processed exclusively to respond to the inquiry and is deleted once the matter is resolved, no later than 12 months after the last contact.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing contact-form data is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request. For general inquiries, the legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries.
